Anyone know why IGR is flying today? Up over 4% just in the morning session...pretty odd for this fund in my limited time watching/owning it.

@networks_insider See my first comment below. ;-) Steady as she goes for awesome retirement income since 2008! I've owned for years and have 5000+ shares. I keep adding on dips, anywhere <$9 is 8%+ yields, which is great!

Tough year for this and all other real estate CEFs, but nice to see the dividend maintained at $0.06.
Got long IGR earlier today after not owning shares for many years . Got in at 7.20 for an exact 10.00 % yield. Looking forward to many more to come .

One of the best CEFs around for consistent distributions without cuts since 2008! Thanks IGR and keep up the great work! FD: Very Long IGR!

@Stickgs A great CEF which I’ve held for many years. They have had a distribution cut in years past, as I recall only one. Good solid management is the key with CEFs
Thanks IGR
