Take-Two Interactive Software to replace Seagen on Nasdaq-100 Index

• Under the annual reconstitution of Nasdaq and as per the acquisition of Seagen (SGEN) by Pfizer (NYSE:PFE), Take-Two Interactive Software (NASDAQ:TTWO) will be added to the Nasdaq-100 Index, and Seagen (SGEN) will be removed.
• The acquisition is expected to close on December 14.
• The annual reconstitution will become effective prior to the market opening on Monday, December 18, 2023.
