Chijet Motor Company announces receipt of two Nasdaq deficiency notices

• Chijet Motor Company (NASDAQ:CJET) on Tuesday said it has received two notification letters from Nasdaq, indicating that for the preceding 30 consecutive business days, the market value of the company’s listed securities did not maintain a minimum market value of $50M as required by listing rules.
• The letter also said the preceding 32 consecutive business days, the market value of the company’s publicly held shares did not maintain a minimum market value of $15M.
• CJET -6.57% premarket to $3.27.
