- 1606 Corp. (OTCPK:CBDW) said on Wednesday it has signed a letter of intent to acquire a strategic stake in Adnexus, an AI innovations company in early drug discovery and infectious disease research.
- The integration of Adnexus’ AI research and development expertise would be able to bolster 1606 Corp.'s portfolio, the company said.
- The transaction is expected to be finalized following customary due diligence and the fulfillment of certain conditions as stated in the LOI.
