MicroStrategy prices upsized offering of $2.6B convertible debt

MicroStrategy (NASDAQ:MSTR) has priced its private offering of $2.6B of convertible senior notes due 2029.

The offering was upsized from the previously announced offering of $1.75B aggregate principal amount of notes. The notes will not bear regular interest, and the principal amount of
