Billionaire hedge fund manager Bill Ackman said on Monday that the common shares of government sponsored enterprises Fannie Mae (OTCQB:FNMA) and Freddie Mac (OTCQB:FMCC) offer "large asymmetric upside" at current levels.
Ackman, who has owned common shares of both entities for
