Sera Prognostics (NASDAQ:SERA) priced its underwritten public offering of 1.25M shares at a public offering price of $4.00 per share, pre-funded warrants to purchase 11.25M shares at $3.9999 per pre-funded warrant.
The gross proceeds are expected to be approximately $50M.
