State Street names John Woods as CFO

• State Street (NYSE:STT) said it has appointed John Woods as its finance chief, effective in late August.
• Woods will succeed Mark Keating, who has served as interim CFO since February. 
• Woods joins the firm from Citizens Financial, where he is currently CFO and vice chair.
