Lumine names Mary Anne Lavallee as CFO

• Lumine (TSXV:LMN:CA) said it has appointed Mary Anne Lavallee as its chief financial officer, effective May 26.
• Lavallee most recently served as the finance chief of Gateway Services.
• The firm added its current CFO, Brian Beattie, will work through a transition period during fiscal Q2, after which he will remain in his role as a director of Lumine.
