Global Net Lease (NYSE:GNL) appointed Robert Kauffman as non-executive board chair on Monday, succeeding Sue Perrotty, who resigned from that same position. She'll continue to serve on the board as an independent director.
Kauffman, a co-founder and former member of Fortress
