Wall Street is mixed as the S&P 500 briefly tops 6,300 points for the first time

The S&P 500 briefly topped 6,300 points as traders assessed the inflation data and bank earnings, while the Nasdaq opened sharply higher on Tuesday after Nvidia (NVDA) said it hoped to resume sales of its H20 GPUs to Chinese clients.
