Welcome to our Q2 Conference Call. Riley McCormack, our CEO; Charles Beck, our CFO; and Tim Price, our Chief Revenue Officer are with me. On the call today, we will provide a review of Q2 financial results and an update on the business, followed by a question-and-answer forum. We have posted our prepared remarks in the Investor Relations section of our website and will archive this webcast there.

Before we begin, let me remind everyone that today's discussion contains forward-looking statements that have risks and uncertainties. Please refer to our press release for more information on the specific risk factors that could cause actual results to differ materially.

Charles will now comment on our Q2 financial results.

Thank you, Bob and good afternoon, everyone. Revenue for the second quarter was $6.3 million, down 3% from $6.5 million in Q2 last year. Service revenue decreased 3% from $3.9 million to $3.8 million, reflecting lower government services due to timing of program work with the central banks, partially offset by higher commercial services related to Holy Grail 2.0 projects. Subscription revenue decreased 5% from $2.6 million to $2.5 million, reflecting lower revenue from digital media customers.

Revenue from government customers was $3.8 million, down 5% from $4 million in Q2 last year, reflecting the timing of program
