Thank you Jason. Good morning. Welcome to Eagle Materials conference call for our second quarter for fiscal 2023. This is Michael Haack. Joining me today are Craig Kesler, our Chief Financial Officer; and Bob Stewart, Executive Vice President of Strategy Corporate Development and Communications. This morning, I'd like to offer a few perspectives about our quarter, the outlook for our business and our ESG agenda. First, let me talk about the quarter.
