Thank you. Good afternoon, and thank you for joining us for our third quarter 2023 earnings call. The purpose of this call today is to discuss the company's results for the quarter ending September 30, 2023.

Our third quarter performance was solid, but down a bit as you saw, as we continue to navigate through a challenging operating environment.
