Thank you operator. Good afternoon everyone and welcome to the conference call. I'm joined here today by Jesse Gary, Century's President and Chief Executive Officer. Jerry Bialek, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer. And Peter Chipskovsky, Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer. After our prepared comments, we will take your questions.

Thanks, Ryan. Thanks to everyone for joining. I'll start today by quickly reviewing our 2023 performance. Before turning to the current macro environment and some dynamic operating conditions we are working through in Q1. Jerry will then take you through the details of the fourth quarter results and Q1 outlook. And then I'll finish with an update on the Inflation Reduction Act, potential further benefits that we
