Thank you, operator. Hello, everyone and thank you for joining us this morning to discuss Phathom's fourth quarter and full year 2023 results. This morning's presentation will include remarks from Terrie Curran, our President and CEO; Martin Gilligan, our Chief Commercial Officer; and Molly Henderson, our Chief Financial Officer.
