LGI Homes (NASDAQ:LGIH) reported another okay quarter, but macro conditions (rates and housing costs) continue to weigh on demand, keeping absorption rates lower than historical levels, which is further exacerbated by their pricing strategy. At around $106/share today, however, I nonetheless continue to think go-forward
