Scott, our CFO will start by giving an overview of the quarterly results, and then I'll provide some comments with respect to the quarter and our current operating conditions and what the rest of the year looks like. And then, we'll take some questions from listeners. As usual, several members of our team are here with us in the room today and are available to answer any questions.
