Richmond Fed's Jeffrey Lacker still sounds like the most hawkish of the Fed regional bank presidents who'll get an FOMC vote next year, viewing the risks for inflation as "tilted to the upside" while the 2012 inflation outlook is "reasonably good." He worries that monetary policy is credited "with entirely too much influence on real growth" and that its main impact is on inflation.
