Kearny Financial names new COO

• Kearny Financial (NASDAQ:KRNY) promotes Eric B. Heyer to senior executive vice president and COO as of July 1, succeeding William C. Ledgerwood, who will retire at year end.
• Heyer served as Kearny Financial's CFO since April 2011.
• Also, Keith Suchodolski has been promoted to executive vice president and CFO, also effective July 1.
