Northern Trust acquires Bex LLC

• Northern Trust (NASDAQ:NTRS -2.2%) announced an agreement to acquire BEx LLC, to drive continued innovation and growth in its Global Foreign Exchange business.
• The agreement builds on 2016 partnership for algorithmic trading and e-commerce platform.
