Huazhu Group prices offering of convertible senior notes

• Huazhu Group Limited (HTHT +2.9%) has priced its $450M offering of 3.00% convertible senior notes due May 1, 2026.
• Initial purchasers granted an option to purchase up to an additional $50M of notes.
• Net proceeds will be used to repurchase its convertible senior notes due 2022 and to repay part of the principal and interest of its loans.
• The interest on notes will be payable on May 1 and November 1 of each year, beginning on November 1, 2020.
• Closing date is May 12, 2020.
