• Kaleido Biosciences (NASDAQ:KLDO) has priced its public offering of 4.75M common shares at $7.50/share, for expected gross proceeds of ~$35.6M.
• Underwriters' over-allotment is an additional 712,500 shares.
• Net proceeds will be used to fund R&D activities relating to current and future clinical and preclinical activities, for working capital and other general corporate purposes.
• Closing date is June 4.
