Veritas Farms to raise $4M in private unit offering

• Veritas Farms (OTCQB:VFRM) starts private offering of 8M units priced at $0.50 per unit. Each unit comprises of a common stock and a purchase warrant for one share at $0.50 exercise price through Aug. 31, 2025. 
• That sums up the gross proceeds of $4M; the size, however, could be increased to $6M at the company's discretion.
• Net proceeds will primarily be used for capex of its new Aurora, Colorado manufacturing and distribution facility; marketing and sales; and development of new strains of hemp.
