Kosmos Energy price $400M debt offering

• Kosmos Energy (NYSE:KOS) has priced of $400M of its 7.750% senior notes due 2027.
• Offering is expected to close on October 26, 2021.
• Net proceeds together with cash on hand will be used to refinance the $400M of private placement notes issued to fund its acquisition of Anadarko WCTP Company.
