- According to the latest forecasts, Clover Health (CLOV) now expects its average number of Direct Contracting aligned lives to double in 2022 from the current number of 125K.
- As of the end of Q3 2021, the Lives under Clover Management stood at nearly 129K, indicating an increase of 125% from a year ago. Meanwhile, Medicare Advantage membership and Direct Contracting lives had reached ~67K and ~62K, respectively.
- “As we look forward to 2022, we believe our solid execution will lead to continued rapid growth of Lives under Clover Management and lower MCR through enhanced operational efficiencies and improved clinical care," CEO Vivek Garipalli noted in the company’s recent earnings release.
