Five Point CFO resigns

• Five Point (NYSE:FPH) CFO and VP Erik Higgins has provided notice of his intent to resign from the company; he will remain in the position through its 10-K filing and will assist the company in transition of his responsibilities to his successor.
• The company plans to start its search process to identify Mr. Higgins' successor.
• Leo Kij, VP and Corporate Controller of the company, will serve as its interim CFO.
