Prothena prices 3.25M shares public offering

• Prothena (NASDAQ:PRTA) priced an underwritten public offering of 3.25M shares at a price to the public of $56.50 per ordinary share, before the underwriting discount and estimated offering expenses.
• All of the ordinary shares in the offering were sold by Prothena.
• In addition, company has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 487,500 of its ordinary shares.
• Net proceeds are expected to be $172.4M.
• The offering is expected to close on December 19, 2022.
