NuVista Energy (OTCPK:NUVSF) said Monday its oil and gas production reached a new record of ~80K boe/day, after it had gradually restarted operations beginning in the week of May 22 that were temporarily shut by wildfires in Alberta's Grande Prairie region.
The company said Q2 production guidance is ~71K boe/day, including an 11K boe/day overall impact from the wildfires.
NuVista Energy (OTCPK:NUVSF) revised its full-year production guidance to 76K-79K boe/day, including an additional impact of ~1K boe/day due to capital project schedule delays associated with the wildfires.
The company said its capital spending plans remain unchanged at C$425M-C$450M.
