Northeast Bank appoints Richard Cohen the CFO

• Northeast Bank (NASDAQ:NBN) said it has named Richard Cohen the CFO of the bank, effective February 1, 2024.
• Cohen will succeed current finance chief Jean-Pierre Lapointe upon his departure from the bank.
• Cohen, 51, most recently served as CEO of Grey Matter Thinking.
