Stellantis proposes to raise dividend by about 16% to €1.55; initiates share buyback of €3.0B

• Stellantis (NYSE:STLA) declares €1.55/share annual dividend, 15.7% increase from prior dividend of €1.34, pending shareholder approval.
• Forward yield 6.82%
• Payable May 3; for shareholders of record April 23; ex-div April 22.
• The company will also execute a 2024 open-market share buyback program of €3.0 billion, which includes €0.5 billion of shares repurchased to service share-based compensation and employee share purchase, in 2024.
