Intra-Cellular Therapies announces proposed public offering of common stock

• Intra-Cellular Therapies (NASDAQ:ITCI) on Tuesday said it has commenced an underwritten public offering of $500 million of shares of its common stock.
• Intra-Cellular intends to grant the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 15% of the shares of common stock offered in the public offering.
