Avanti Helium announces private placement of up to $1M

• Avanti Helium (OTCPK:ARGYF) has announced a non-brokered private placement financing of up to 1.67M units at a price of $0.60 per Unit, for total proceeds of up to $1M.
• Each Unit under the Offering will consist of one common share and one share purchase warrant, with each Warrant entitling the holder to purchase one additional share at a price of $0.70/share for a period of one year from the date of issue.
• The proceeds of the Offering will be used for various work related to the Company's Helium Recovery Plant located on the Sweetgrass Pool in Montana, and for general working capital.
